ministries
GOD gave the increase, 1 Cor 3:6
We need to understand that the ministries we exercise in the Church are the means through which God uses us for our own growth, building up the Body of Christ and expanding the Kingdom of God here on earth. It is essential that there is integration between all the ministries of the church. In fact, it is a division of services to better use and optimize the gifts given by the Holy Spirit to the Church of Jesus Christ.
When we think of growth, we believe that all growing churches are led by people who expect their churches to grow. The church will only grow when it is well internally. Only when there is health in the body – the Church – will it naturally reach the blessing of multiplication (I Cor 12).
