A small group is the church lived in the home. An environment where Christians can cultivate communion with one another through common faith and personal affinities. It is a democratic space, where everyone can be heard and encouraged and also where everyone should listen and encourage. It is the environment conducive to the exercise of natural talents and spiritual gifts. In the informality of a meeting between friends, life in common is shared so that we can, in obedience to the word of God, rejoice with those who rejoice and cry with those who cry. In fellowship, the small group leader will apply shared learning in worship services, encourage biblical disciplines, and encourage disciples to live a deep life with Christ.
